Selvatics™ Gift Card Policy (U.S.)

1. General Terms
Selvatics™ Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Selvatics, LLC and are redeemable solely for the purchase of Selvatics™ products at CamuComplete™ online store within the United States.
By purchasing or using a Selvatics™ Gift Card, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Purchase & Redemption
- Gift Cards are available for purchase online at www.selvatics.us.
- They may only be used for purchases on www.selvatics.us and cannot be used at unauthorized third-party locations.
- Gift Cards are issued in U.S. dollars and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

3. Expiration & Fees
- No Expiration: Gift Cards do not expire.
- No Fees: There are no service, maintenance, dormancy, or inactivity fees associated with Gift Cards.

4. Restrictions
- Non-Reloadable: Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
- Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are issued to the purchaser or recipient and cannot be
transferred, resold, or exchanged for another Gift Card or monetary value.
- Not Refundable: All sales of Gift Cards are final. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
- Not for Unauthorized Use: Selvatics™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders if fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
- Selvatics™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
- Treat your Gift Card like cash; it will not be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen.
- If unauthorized activity is detected on a Gift Card, please contact us at info@selvatics.us immediately.

6. Changes to Policy
Selvatics™ reserves the right to modify this Gift Card policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
